Here’s a new online video series (mockumentary) about the real estate industry. Its got more stereotypes per minute than I thought was possible. Two years ago, the content would have meant something different. Its worth a look.

    It’s funny because it’s true! With the market going south, how many other late-comers are going to be flipping for 75$
